When you decide to enroll in coaching sessions, Lynda will speak to you about the various options that can be customized to fit your needs. Session formats are your choice, averaging 50 minutes. They may be over the phone, zoom or facetime sessions.

You may renew or change your program at your convenience. At any time, you may cancel your program for any reason. Remaining session fees will be refunded. Healing You Softly…Eliminating Your RiskFactors

Taking the Healing You Softly Course… is where the action begins. You know what you need to do and now you turn your actions into healthy results. The course is set up in phased modules with focus on one module at a time. With the first module you re-design your eating plan to one that is clean, whole, and nutritious. You may require working through the second module, detoxification with cleanse and mend protocols. In the third module we focus on renourishing brain chemistry---your neurotransmitters and rule out any metabolic issues that remain. And the last module we work through any lingering behaviors that need attention like physical inactivity, stress reduction and emotional eating issues. At any time, you may add coaching sessions to assist you.
